"The fact that we have just completed a record year of completions of new homes is a testament to the drive of our development team.
"We are not only providing new general needs accommodation, we are also able to help families get on to the housing ladder with new affordable homes, and are contributing significantly to overall government targets for housing construction," the chief executive said.
"These development projects also support the local economy, keeping much needed construction jobs and apprenticeships in the local economy.
"In meeting and exceeding our own targets Radius is helping to address housing need in areas of high demand, and we are committed to making a bigger impact through our ongoing community development programmes."
Radius also reported that it successfully sold all homes in its first affordable housing schemes in Bangor and Dungannon.
