Victoria Square still Northern Ireland's number one shopping centre
Belfast's Victoria Square has retained its title as the top shopping centre in Northern Ireland for the eighth year in a row.
It was followed in the list by CastleCourt, also in Belfast, in second place and Londonderry's Foyleside in third position.
Abbey Centre in Newtownabbey and Craigavon's Rushmere Shopping Centre were in the fourth and fifth spots.
Analysts Trevor Wood Associates launched the latest edition of Going Shopping 2019: The Definitive Guide to Shopping Centres' yesterday at the Merchant Hotel in Belfast, in an event hosted by commercial property agent Lambert Smith Hampton.
Kildare Partners, owners of Foyleside and Forestside shopping centres, was named the top investment manager in Northern Ireland, while Lambert Smith Hampton was the number one letting agent.
Coffee chain Costa emerged as the number one tenant, with 289 units.
