The US is calling for internet regulations to be dropped from UN talks

Rural areas of deprivation are to get a broadband boost, the agriculture minister has said.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) is investing £5m in rural broadband, targeting areas that currently cannot connect to fixed wire broadband, as well as putting infrastructure in place for third party broadband services.
