Golf Holdings is the holding company for a group of businesses in the hospitality sector.
It’s best-known for Wine Inns, which owns pubs and restaurants such as south Belfast’s Chelsea Wine Bar, and off-licence chain Winemark, which is made up of 84 stores around the province.

The group also includes wholesale wine company James E McCabe. Philip Russell Ltd - a wholesale and retail distributor of wines, spirits, drinks and pet food products — is another subsidiary.
Golf Holdings is also behind the Russell’s Food and Drink chain of convenience stores.
Wine Inns’ Belfast bars also include The Doyen, formerly the King’s Head, Alibi, Cutters, The Parlour, the Four Winds and Robinsons. The Eglantine on University Road was put on the market this year for £1.4m.
