Newtownabbey-based Environmental Street Furniture (ESF) has completed its largest contract to date in Dubai.

The company has supplied a range of customised street furniture and security products for the new Dubai Arena in a deal worth £600,000.

The Co Antrim street furniture firm has sold its products into 22 countries since 2013. Its customers include major theme parks and government organisations.

The 17,000 seater Coca-Cola Arena, which recently signed a 10-year name deal with the global drinks giant, opens next month.

ESF has supplied security bollards for the perimeter, benches, litter bins and tree grates.

Managing director Alan Lowry said: "Dubai Arena has been ESF's largest project to date and we're delighted to have contributed to what is sure to be one of Dubai's most popular tourist attractions."
