Signalling problem causes disruption to South Western trains into Waterloo
Services to the UK's busiest railway station have been disrupted again, a day after long-running engineering works were completed.
A problem with a track circuit affected signalling equipment at London Waterloo, which meant trains were unable to use three platforms. South Western main line and suburban services were disrupted.
Network Rail completed one of the "largest and most complex" upgrades in the station's history on Tuesday after almost a month of engineering work to increase capacity.
Services were delayed on Tuesday despite the completion of the work.
