Toyota's GT86 sports car gets an orange twist

Toyota has released a new limited-run version of its GT86 sports car - the Orange Edition.

The striking model kicks off the Japanese Manufacturers Club Series, which it describes as "a new stamp of quality for limited edition versions of the GT86".

The Orange Edition gains a raft of aesthetic tweaks, as well as improved standard specification.

The most obvious visual upgrade is the eye-catching Solar Orange exterior paint, which is applied to the car in three separate coats.

Other changes to the GT86's appearance include contrasting metallic black paint on the lip of the rear spoiler and door mirrors, as well as sporty Anthracite 17in alloys.

The GT86 Orange Edition is on sale now from £28,800 for a six-speed manual. Toyota is also offering a six-speed auto version from £30,270.
