Andy Nyman lands Kick-Ass 2 role
Andy Nyman has joined the cast of the Kick-Ass follow-up Balls To The Wall.
The British actor and magician's website revealed: "We can now confirm the rumours that Andy will be playing the role of The Tumour in the forthcoming movie - Kick Ass 2. More news as we get it."
Andy's previous film credits include Black Death, alongside Sean Bean and Eddie Redmayne, and the Robert Carlyle thriller The Tournament. He is also one of the co-writers and creators of Derren Brown's shows Mind Control and Trick Of The Mind.
Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Chloe Moretz, Nicolas Cage and Christopher Mintz-Plasse are expected to reprise their roles for Jeff Wadlow's highly-anticipated sequel.
The second movie, tipped for release in 2013, is rumoured to see the costumed high-school hero (played by Aaron) joining a group of costume-wearing wannabe heroes, while rival Crimson Mist (Christopher) plots an act of revenge for his father's death.
