Banderas in London fashion pledge
Hollywood star Antonio Banderas is moving to London to study fashion.
The actor told ITV's Loose Women: " It's something that I am going to do, I am going to study clothing design. It's something that has been on my mind for a long time and probably one of the best schools in the world is here, St Martin's University and so I am going to start studying with them."
The Spanish star, who was once married to Melanie Griffith, said it might "take a while" before he stepped into a classroom.
He said: "I need knowledge to take steps in that territory in the future. It makes me feel actually very young. To put the elbows on the table again and try to understand another reality and another thing. Of course I won't stop my professional life, I'll continue acting, directing...but this is a new thing."
The college, now known as Central St Martin's, counts Pulp singer Jarvis Cocker and fashion designers John Galliano, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen among its former students.
