Brad Pitt sticks by Shia LaBeouf
Brad Pitt has declared troubled star Shia LaBeouf is "one of the best actors I've ever seen".
The Hollywood heartthrob told British GQ's November issue how much he enjoyed working with the Transformers star on upcoming World War II drama Fury.
Brad said: "Oh, I love this boy. He's one of the best actors I've ever seen. He's full-on commitment, man. He's living it like no one else, let me tell you."
He added: "I've been fortunate to work with a lot of great actors. He's one of the best I've seen."
Shia, 28, is currently being treated for alcoholism after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct stemming from an incident at a Broadway show.
The former child star has had a series of run-ins with the law and made headlines for some strange public behaviour, including attending a film premiere with a paper bag on his head reading 'I am not famous anymore'.
