Jim Broadbent proved it isn't just young people who can have fun at the premiere of his new film Le Week-End tonight.
The film's stars Broadbent and Lindsay Duncan were at Curzon Chelsea in London for the charity premiere of the film, in aid of The Mountbatten Memorial Trust.
Le Week-End follows their characters, a married couple, on a relationship-saving trip to Paris where an old friend played by Jeff Goldblum inspires them to live more in the moment and have more fun.
Broadbent, 64, said: "We had a great time a month in Paris rolling around making a film. It was easy and it was great fun."
Also at the premiere were director Roger Michell, producer Kevin Loader and writer Hanif Kureishi.
Le Week-End is released in cinemas on October 11.
