Sir Michael Caine is the newest name to join Louis Leterrier's heist movie Now You See Me.
The British star is the latest addition to the star-studded cast, which already includes Mark Ruffalo, Jesse Eisenberg, Morgan Freeman, Isla Fisher, Melanie Laurent and Woody Harrelson, reported Moviehole.
Sir Michael - whose last screen outing was in Inception - is said to be playing Arthur Tressler, a magician's sponsor.
The thriller, written by Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time's Boaz Yakin and Edward Ricourt, follows an FBI squad who get caught in a game of cat-and-mouse against a super team of great illusionists, who pull off a number of daring bank heists during their performances and offer the profits to their audiences.
Now You See Me is set for a release in cinemas in January 2013.
Sir Michael, who lent his voice to Gnomeo And Juliet and Cars 2, will next be seen in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island and Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises.
