Clarke hears Voice From The Stone
Emilia Clarke is to star in horror thriller Voice From The Stone.
The Game Of Thrones actress will take the lead role of a nurse who helps a boy deal with his mother's traumatic sudden death, only to get caught by a malevolent force inside the family's Italian castle, in the 1950s-set psychological thriller, reported Deadline.
Eric D Howell will make his directorial debut with the film, which has been adapted for the big screen by Andrew Shaw from Silvio Raffo's Italian novel, La Voce Della Pietra.
Shooting is expected to begin in November.
Emilia, who is best known for playing dragon queen Daenerys Targaryen in the fantasy series, has appeared in films in recent years.
The 27-year-old British star, who appeared in Dom Hemingway alongside Jude Law, will next be seen in Terminator: Genesis as Sarah Connor.
