Downey Jr won't stop working yet

Robert Downey Jr won't stop working anytime soon, because it's a form of "therapy".

The former hellraiser, 46, became dad to his second son, Exton, this year.

Asked whether he would take on fewer film roles now, Robert, who is also father to Indio, 18, told EasyLiving magazine: "No, work is the best form of therapy for me. When my mind isn't focused, I get into trouble."

Robert, who is starring in superhero film The Avengers, said that his wife Susan kept him on the straight and narrow.

The Hollywood star said that he signed up for Iron Man because he wanted his older son "to see his dad in that kind of movie - one you can take your kid to and explore the comic-book genre with escapism and intelligence".

But he added he was nothing like his character, saying: "I play a super cool dude, but that's pure acting. I've known I'm not cool for a long time - ask my son."
