Days after being voted off the X Factor, Tyrone teenager Janet Devlin has reportedly been offered a deal by Dragon's Den star Duncan Bannatyne's record label.
Bannatyne’s RKA Records approached the 17-year-old after she declared that she had never been comfortable with the talent show and preferred to blaze her own trail towards stardom.
Co-founder of RKA Records, Ryan Ashmore, told the website Music-News.com: “With Janet's amazing talent and great image I just had to put my offer out there. She is destined for success and I'm sure RKA and Janet can have a great relationship and achieve great things together.”
Janet's agent Dean Maynard is quoted as saying: “There is always a demand for an artist who shows true, raw talent and the future for her will be bright. She has the X Factor tour, then she will weigh up her options, choosing the right path when the time is right.”
