Dustin Hoffman to star in Boychoir
Dustin Hoffman has signed up to play a choirmaster in Boychoir.
The film centres around a troubled and angry 11-year-old, Stet, who is sent off to a boys' choir school run by Dustin's character, choirmaster Carvelle.
Alfred Molina will play Drake, a teacher at the school and Kathy Bates has been cast as the headmistress, Variety reported.
The search for the young lead actor is currently underway.
The Red Violin's Francois Girard will direct the film from an original screenplay by Source Code writer Ben Ripley.
