Fonda joins Fathers And Daughters
Jane Fonda has joined the cast of upcoming drama Fathers And Daughters.
The Oscar-winning actress is joining Russell Crowe and Amanda Seyfried in the film, reported Deadline.
Star Trek Into Darkness' Bruce Greenwood has also landed a role.
The New York-set movie will focus on a woman (Amanda) as she deals with a crumbling relationship in the present day, and looks back on the relationship she had with her novelist father (Russell) while growing up.
Jane, 76, will play the writer's friend and agent and Bruce will star as his brother-in-law.
The script by Brad Desch was on the Black List of Hollywood's favourite unproduced screenplays.
Aaron Paul, Diane Kruger, Quvenzhane Wallis and Octavia Spencer also have parts in the film, which will be directed by Gabriele Muccino.
