Sarah Gadon has confessed she felt a lot of responsibility playing a young Queen Elizabeth II in her upcoming film.
The movie, Girls' Night Out, is inspired by a real-life event in which Princess Margaret and Princess Elizabeth - who became Queen just seven years later - were allowed out of Buckingham Palace for a night to join in the victory celebrations which marked the end of the Second World War in Europe in 1945.
Canadian-born actress Sarah revealed: " I did tons of research before we shot. We shot the film and it's in post production right now."
"It is a big thing [playing the Queen]. I'm really excited to see how the film turns out."
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 actress is currently starring opposite Luke Evans in Dracula Untold.
She said of working with Luke: "He was awesome, he's such an amazing guy. He's such a hard worker, he's such a great actor, it was a real pleasure.
"I think that's the thing people forget is there is a real powerful love story at the heart of Dracula and I'm really happy with what Luke and I did with the love story, I think people will enjoy it."
