Angelina Jolie has made a surprise appearance at Disney's D23 Expo event and talked about recreating one of the most famous fairy tale villains for Maleficent.
The actress plays the horned sorceress from Disney's Sleeping Beauty in the fairytale spin-off.
She revealed how she terrified children on the set of her new fillm - by talking to them in full witch costume.
Angelina said: "These little kids would visit the set, and I would think, 'Oh, I am a Disney character,' so I would go over to them, and say, 'Hi there.' They would just scream. One little kid even said, 'Mommy, please make the mean witch stop talking to me'."
The 38-year-old actress claimed she missed the horns she wore for the character.
She said: "Since I was a little girl, Maleficent was always my favourite. I was terrified of her, but I was so drawn to her. She had this elegance and grace, and yet she was so cruel. Just wonderfully and deliciously cruel."
Meanwhile, Disney studio chairman Alan Horn was booed at the convention when he didn't reveal anything about the new Star Wars movie.
It had been expected that a preview of the eagerly anticipated new sequel would be unveiled.
Horn welcomed Lucasfilm to the Disney family, but Star Wars Episode VII director JJ Abrams was not present and nothing more was revealed.
Horn told the booing crowd: "I wish I could tell you more but it will come soon."
