Kidman to star in Family Fang film
Nicole Kidman is set to play a performance artist in a new film.
The Moulin Rouge! actress will also be a producer on The Family Fang, an adaptation of the Kevin Wilson novel, reports Deadline.
The story follows a couple of performance artists who routinely got their kids to take part in bizarre events when they were young. The children, now adults, return home to find their parents are determined to pull off the act of a lifetime - and find themselves enlisted to help.
Mother-of-two Nicole snapped up the rights to the book last year and has been developing it since then.
She will be collaborating with writer David Lindsay-Abaire on the project. The pair worked together on Rabbit Hole, which saw Nicole nominated for an Academy Award.
