Lena Headey 'at a loss' over plight of child refugees
The actress said she is kept awake at night over concern for the residents of migrant camps.
British actress Lena Headey has said she feels “utterly at a loss when we turn our backs on those who need it most”, after sharing a story about a child being assaulted in a Greek migrant camp.
The Game Of Thrones star tweeted a link to a news article which told how a four-year-old girl was raped in Greece, where thousands of asylum seekers are in camps.
Lena, based in Los Angeles, then posted a series of messages to her 849,000 followers on Twitter.
The actress plays Cersei Lannister in HBO’s fantasy drama.
