Michael Bay finds new model female

Michael Bay has sought inspiration from the catwalk again by casting Israeli supermodel Bar Paly as the female lead in Pain And Gain.

The Transformers director propelled British Burberry model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to global stardom when he cast her in the third Transformers movie, replacing Megan Fox, who became a worldwide sex symbol following her appearance in the franchise.

Now he has added the beautiful Bar to the ensemble cast of his new dark comedy, based on a true story, about a group of bodybuilders who took part in an extortion ring and kidnapping plot in Florida which went terribly wrong, Variety reports.

Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson have already been signed up to star as some of the bodybuilders, and Monk star Tony Shalhoub has also just joined the cast as Marc Schiller, the target of the kidnapping.

Anthony Mackie, Ed Harris and Rob Corddry will co-star in the film scripted by Captain America: The First Avenger writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.

Bar, who appeared in the American 2008 miniseries The Starter Wife, will next appear alongside Charlie Sheen in Roman Coppola's A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III.
