Jonny Lee Miller is said to be the latest signing for Tim Burton's Dark Shadows.
He joins the star-studded cast including Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Chloe Moretz, Michelle Pfeiffer and Eva Green in the big-screen adaptation on the 60s cult vampire TV series, said The Hollywood Reporter.
According to FilmLondon the movie, written by Seth Grahame-Smith, will be shot entirely in the UK - where Tim and Helena live - and is set to begin shooting in London and at Pinewood Studios.
Johnny - who is reported to be a fan of the original show, along with Tim - stars as self-hating vampire Barnabas Collins, who decides to return to his human roots in search of his lost love, with former Bond girl Eva as his broken-hearted witch Angelique.
Christopher Lee and Alice Cooper also have cameos in the movie, which is expected to be released in May 2012.
