Bradley Cooper's Rocket Raccoon will not be as you expect, Chris Pratt has revealed.
The Oscar-nominated Silver Linings Playbook star will lend his voice to the genetically modified critter in James Gunn's Marvel movie Guardians Of The Galaxy, which stars Chris as Peter Quill and Star-Lord.
"You think it's a cartoon character, but it's not, it's a very real creature. He's been tortured his whole life and no one else likes him, so he's lonely and he's angry and it's all these elements," he told Access Hollywood.
"I think it will come to life and that's why they hired a really good actor to do the role."
He added: "I could not be more excited that Bradley Cooper is voicing Rocket Raccoon, it's a great character. It's probably the best character in the movie, just because it's not what you would expect."
Chris joked that he has already lost his superhero body, after showing off his six-pack in July.
"I used to have a six pack, I have a one pack now," he quipped.
Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Benicio del Toro, Glenn Close and Vin Diesel are set for roles in Guardians Of The Galaxy, which will be released around August 2014.
