Sandler to remake Summer School?
Adam Sandler's production company Happy Madison is reportedly in talks about work on the remake of 1987 comedy Summer School.
The Mr Deeds star's firm is in negotiations over the hotly-anticipated Paramount project, which has been stuck in development limbo since 2005 after the studio failed to find a suitable producer, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Other names previously linked with the film, which sees a gym teacher forced to teach an unruly English class, were The Smurfs producer Jordan Kerner and the team behind the 2010 Star Trek movie, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci.
Meanwhile, Adam picked up a record ten Razzies this week for his latest film Jack And Jill at the Golden Raspberry Awards, which recognise the year's biggest film flops. He played both the lead male and lead female roles in the comedy, and was awarded the worst actor and worst actress gongs.
Adam runs Happy Madison, which specialises in comedy movie production, alongside regular collaborator Jack Giaraputo.
