Susan Sarandon has revealed she plays "an Indian man" in Cloud Atlas.
The Lovely Bones actress told Postmedia she has a small role in the much-anticipated sci-fi film, which also stars Tom Hanks, Hugh Grant and Halle Berry.
"Oh my god, I just have a tiny (part) in it - but I saw a 10 or 15-minute reel at a party I was at in Berlin and it looked like the trailer for an entire season the studio had done - like it had so many different locales and periods, and it was just gorgeous," she said.
The actress loved watching Tom and Halle "going for it" and "surrendering to this massive vision and these big ideas" in the film, which follows six different but interconnected stories.
Susan also revealed British star Hugh told her he had to spend more time in the make-up chair on this film than all his previous hours in make-up combined.
Next up for the 65-year-old star is comedy The Big Wedding, also starring Robert De Niro, Amanda Seyfried and Katherine Heigl.
