Strong: I'd be up for Bond film
Mark Strong has revealed that he almost appeared in Skyfall - and that he may star in a future James Bond film.
The Welcome To The Punch actor admitted there had been talk of him joining his good friend and 007 star Daniel Craig, the godfather of Mark's son Roman, in Sam Mendes' film.
"We nearly got together on Skyfall, but watch this space, I say. I don't know," he said.
The 49-year-old added: "It would be great and I would love to do that. We will have to see what gets written."
Mark - who has starred in Kick-Ass, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Green Lantern and Sherlock Holmes - revealed there are still a lot of "good directors" he would like to collaborate with.
"I'd like to work with all the great directors. I'd love to work with Martin Scorsese and I'd love to work with Ben Affleck - he has made a very good film with Argo," he said.
James McAvoy and Andrea Riseborough also star in Welcome To The Punch, which is in cinemas now.
