Tarantino's Hateful Eight back on?
Quentin Tarantino is apparently resurrecting his scrapped Hateful Eight movie.
The filmmaker had abandoned plans for the Western-themed film after the script was leaked online, but according to Showbiz411 he has changed his mind and will be making it after all.
The cast will be made up of Samuel L Jackson, Bruce Dern, Michael Madsen and the rest of the actors who took part when Tarantino held a live read of the screenplay in Los Angeles in April. It means Kurt Russell and Amber Tamblyn will also be among the cast.
Tarantino and his cast will apparently head to Wyoming in November to start shooting.
Earlier this month the Oscar-winner withdrew his lawsuit against Gawker for posting a link to his 146-page script for the planned film.
The Hateful Eight follows "the steadily ratcheting tension that develops after a blizzard diverts a stagecoach from its route, and traps a pitiless and mistrustful group which includes a competing pair of bounty hunters, a renegade Confederate soldier, and a female prisoner in a saloon in the middle of nowhere".
