Watch: Derry Girls' 'Wee English fella' Dylan prank calls co-stars
Actor Dylan Llewellyn, who plays 'wee English fella' James in the hit comedy Derry Girls, has joined forces with YouTuber Matt Mason to prank call his co-stars.
Dylan is challenged with calling the girls and continuing a conversation by saying words in chronological order of the alphabet.
Sounds like it could be easy, but the actor soon finds it's not as straight forward as it seems and is hit with guilt when he realises his co-stars are all sick.
First up he calls Jamie-Lee O'Donnell, who plays his cousin Michelle, and only manages to get through half of the alphabet before confessing.
"Not gonna lie, I actually thought you were on speed or something, or having a meltdown," Jamie-Lee tells him.
Dylan then tries to call Saoirse Jackson, who plays Erin, but she doesn't pick up so he tries his luck with NIcola Coughlan, who plays Clare.
His attempt is slightly better this time around, but it doesn't stop his co-star from asking him: "Are you drunk?"
Derry Girls has been a huge hit with UK audiences following its premiere earlier this month.
The 90s-based sitcom follows the lives of four teenage girls Michelle Mallon (Jamie-Lee O'Donnell), Erin Quinn (Saoirse Jackson), Orla McCool (Louisa Harland), Clare Devlin (NIcola Coughlan) - and "wee English fella" James Maguire (Dylan Llewellyn) - in Derry during the Troubles.
The series also stars Ian McElhinney as Granda Joe, Tommy Tiernan as Da Gerry and Tara Lynne O’Neill as Ma Mary.
The first episode of Derry Girls gave Channel 4 its biggest comedy series launch in almost five years, with 2.5 million viewers.
The broadcaster immediately announced it had commissioned a second series.
