Weaver, Turturro join Exodus movie?
Sigourney Weaver and John Turturro have reportedly "closed deals" to star in Ridley Scott's biblical drama Exodus.
Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul is in talks to appear as Hebrew slave Joshua, who goes on to lead the people to the promised land after Moses in the historical epic, reported Variety.
Christian Bale is already on board to portray Moses, with Joel Edgerton to play the Egyptian Pharoah Ramses. Sigourney and John are tipped to be cast as Ramses' parents.
Exodus, which will be directed and co-produced by Ridley, has been written by Steve Zaillian. According to the Biblical story, the adult Moses was commanded by God to go to Egypt and free the Hebrews.
Shooting is scheduled to start in London, Spain and Morocco in September.
Sigourney - who has starred in Alien, Ghostbusters and Avatar - is set to be in The Mortal Instruments: City Of Ashes and could reprise her role as Dr Grace Augustine in the Avatar sequel.
John has wrapped production on Fading Gigolo, which he wrote, directed and stars in along with Woody Allen, while Aaron - who plays meth manufacturer Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad - will next be seen in DreamWorks' Need For Speed.
