Olivia Williams could soon be set for a role as former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt.
The English actress is in talks to join Rushmore co-star Bill Murray, who will be portraying President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, in Roger Michell's Hyde Park On The Hudson, Deadline reports.
Laura Linney is on board as Roosevelt's distant cousin and mistress Margaret Suckley, but whom he nicknamed Daisy.
The historical drama, penned by Richard Nelson, centres on King George VI's visit to Hyde Park, the upstate New York home of the Roosevelt family in 1939, which was the first time a reigning British monarch had ever set foot on US soil.
Olivia, who was most recently seen on screen in Hanna, has been starring in the West End production of Neil LaBute's In A Forest, Dark And Deep opposite Matthew Fox.
