Bruce Willis is set to star in new thriller Expiration.
The Die Hard star will lead the cast of a 60 million dollar budget film which is still looking for a director, says The Hollywood Reporter.
Expiration, due to start production in March, features Bruce as a hitman who has been poisoned and needs to find a cure for himself before he dies.
Emmett/Furla Films announced a deal to finance and produce the movie at Cannes.
The independent film firm has recently announced some other high profile projects including Martin Scorsese's Silence, Vin Diesel's Witch Hunter and a Working Title/Universal project called Everest.
Emmett/Furla has two films to come this year, 2 Guns starring Mark Wahlberg and Denzel Washington, and Frozen Ground with Nicolas Cage and Vanessa Hudgens.
Bruce will appear later this year in action comedy Red 2 and Sin City: A Dame To Kill For.
He's also signed up to Die Hardest, scheduled for 2014.
