Deezer reveals 1D’s most streamed songs on anniversary of hiatus

One Direction’s final single together is their most streamed song of 2018, figures from Deezer have shown.

Harry Styles and co unveiled History in 2015 and it was their last song before they announced their hiatus.

To mark the third anniversary of the boys parting ways, music streaming service Deezer has revealed the nation’s Top 10 1D favourites.

History is the most streamed song of the year so far, followed by What Makes You Beautiful, Drag Me Down, Steal My Girl and Little Things.

The Top 10 is rounded out by Story Of My Life, Perfect, Best Song Ever, Night Changes and You & I.

The statistics also showed that most people listening to the boy band are female (66%).

As soloists, 1D have a much bigger male audience, with an average 45% male audience.

Deezer also looked at the boys’ most streamed tracks as individuals.

Their research showed that there was a surge in streams of Liam Payne’s music following his split from partner Cheryl and his duet with Rita Ora.
