Hollywood's Kiefer Sutherland to headline Portrush country music bash
Hollywood star Kiefer Sutherland will headline a huge country music event in Portrush this summer.
Sutherland played Jack Bauer in hit TV series 24 and now stars in Netflix series Designated Survivor, but he is also a rising country star.
He'll perform on Friday, August 9 2019 at Farmer’s Bash: Live At The Beach, the outdoor summer equivalent of the Belfast show which sold out at the SSE Arena last October.
Country stars Nathan Carter, Lisa McHugh, Una Healy and Marty Mone are also on the line-up.
Peter Wilson of Kelly’s Portrush said: "We are delighted to be bringing a piece of Hollywood royalty to Portrush this summer in the form of Kiefer Sutherland. I have watched many of Kiefer’s movies and to have him part of this exciting new event for Portrush this August is fantastic. There is no better way to celebrate this than a weekend of fantastic music, under the spectacular backdrop of sun, sand and sea!”
Tickets for Farmer’s Bash Live at the Beach go on sale from Wednesday, May 1 at 9am. Tickets can be purchased from www.ticketmaster.ie or www.kellysportrush.co.uk
