Adele's cancellation heartbreak
Adele is cancelling concerts again because of throat troubles.
Her 10-city US concert run was due to kick off in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Friday and take her to cities including Nashville and Miami.
But in a statement released on Tuesday, those performances were cancelled, with Adele blaming a haemorrhage into her vocal cord.
The Rolling In The Deep singer cancelled some US concert dates in April because of laryngitis.
The best-selling British soul singer admitted she was "heartbroken and worried".
She said on her website: "Singing is literally my life, its my hobby, my love, my freedom and now my job.
"I have absolutely no choice but to recuperate properly and fully, or I risk damaging my voice forever."
She added: "I follow all the advice I'm given and stick to regimes, rules and practices to the best of my ability but it seems to simply not be enough."
