BATS are winging in for Big Gig at Spring and Airbrake
Up-and-coming BATS, one of Ireland’s biggest up-and-coming bands, are set to headline the Harp Ice Cold Big Gig tonight at the Spring and Airbrake.
Every month during 2010 the Big Gig will give fresh talent from across Ireland the opportunity to showcase their material.
January’s event, headlined by Belfast band Dirty Stevie, proved a huge success.
This month’s event is set to rise to the challenge as BATS return to Belfast with their fusion of post-punk, hardcore and metal.
BATS formed in 2006 and have since attracted a fan base across Ireland, Britain and beyond.
Singer Rupert Morris said: “We try and appeal to a range of people and our sound is influenced by so many different things.”
