Blunt promises more miserable music
James Blunt is back in the recording studio making, in his own words, more "miserable" music.
The You're Beautiful singer has not released an album since 2010's Some Kind Of Trouble, and last year hinted he was quitting the music industry.
But James was spotted at a party in Los Angeles recently, where according to The Sun he revealed: "I'm here recording a new album."
Asked what the new released would be like, the ex-Army officer replied: "My usual, miserable stuff."
Last October James, 39, told the Daily Mail he was taking time out, and had no plans to write any more songs.
He said: "I just want to take some time out for myself. I haven't got any plans to do more songwriting. I have been chilling out since I finished my world tour and I've spent a lot of time in Ibiza, where I have a villa."
