Justin Bieber treated his girlfriend to Selena Gomez to a romantic date - in a helicopter.
The Baby singer wanted to do something special for the former Wizards Of Waverly Place star - who he has been dating for over a year - so he booked them a flight over Toronto in between their rehearsals for an awards ceremony in the Canadian city, reports People.
A source said Justin, 18, and Selena, 19, were "very excited" about their chopper ride, which saw them fly over the falls and to Ontario, adding: "It was a relaxing and romantic break from work."
Justin, who has been touring Europe, regularly splashes out to show Selena a good time. As well as trips abroad and lavish presents, the pop heartthrob once rented out the Staples Centre in Los Angeles so the couple could enjoy a private screening of Titanic.
Earlier this year he said it was important to treat his girlfriend like royalty.
"I think it's important to make all women feel like they're princesses, because every girl is a princess," he said.
Separately, Justin had an unplugged performance at the Apollo Theatre, but it wasn't intentional - a problem caused a power outage during the singing sensation's big concert.
The singer was nearing the end of a private show in front of a packed house on Monday when the power for most of the stage instruments suddenly went out.
His manager, Scooter Braun, says Justin still managed to finish the show, serenading the crowd with his hit Boyfriend as they sang along.
Justin's performance was part of a series of promotional events to promote his new album, Believe.
