DJ Fresh working with McFly star
DJ Fresh has revealed he has been working with McFly's Danny Jones on his solo music venture.
The producer revealed his commercial success had led to him meeting a lot of boy bands at music events, and he has befriended Danny, who also works as a DJ.
DJ Fresh told Metro: "I get on with Danny from McFly. He's making some house music at the moment and is really talented. I've been in the studio with him. But I generally keep myself to myself."
But he admitted he found it "exciting and suprising" to perform alongside pop acts since becoming more mainstream.
He revealed: "I've found myself playing at massive events with boy bands such as JLS and One Direction. It's funny to be put in that world - it says a lot about the role dance music is playing in British music."
