Westlife fans will be disappointed that Kian Egan has scotched reports of the boyband getting back together.
The Irish star denied the rumours that Westlife were set for a comeback, apologising to fans but saying he had no idea where the story had come from.
He tweeted: "Guys Im sorry to say but I don't know where these rumours are coming from about a Westlife reunion but it's untrue. Sorry #weslifeforever."
Earlier in the week, a source had told The Sun that Kian and his former bandmates Brian McFadden, Mark Feehily, Shane Filan and Nicky Byrne had been approached by Simon Cowell's label Syco to record a new album and go on tour.
Brian had left the group in 2004, years before the rest of the lads split in 2011, but the rumours suggested he could be a big part of their reunion.
The source said: "The lads still have a massive following that would buy a new album in their droves and pay big money to see them again.
"Syco would love Bryan to be part of the band again. It'd create the same sort of buzz as when Robbie Williams returned to Take That."
However, it looks as though the comeback is off the cards for the moment after Kian's denial.
