The Libertines are said to be in talks to headline Glastonbury Festival in 2015.
Pete Doherty's band are said to be favourites with organisers to top the bill at the music event in June next year, but have not yet confirmed that they will definitely sign up to perform.
According to The Sun, The Libertines became an even more popular choice to book after their successful comeback gig in Hyde Park this summer.
A source said: "The Libertines have been on Glastonbury's wishlist for ages but shot straight to the top when they saw the appetite for them.
"They are still deciding if the band will headline the Pyramid or the Other Stage."
