Muse have been named as one of the headliners for next year's Download Festival.
The band will be performing for the first time at the annual rock and metal festival held at Donington Park, and will be the main attraction on the Saturday night.
According to Digital Spy, a statement from the band said: "We're really looking forward to Download. We've never played the festival before so it's going to be really special."
Other recently-announced acts for the festival, which will run from June 12 to 14, 2015, are Slipknot who will headline the Friday night, Marilyn Manson who will headline the second stage on Saturday, Judas Priest, Faith No More and A Day To Remember.
This year, Download was headlined by Avenged Sevenfold, Linkin Park and Aerosmith, and also included performances from Fall Out Boy, Bowling For Soup, Steel Panther and Status Quo.
