Nashville In Concert: Who's playing at Belfast's SSE Arena?

Stars of hit television programme Nashville are coming to Belfast next week as part of their second international tour.

The hugely popular shows will feature songs from the hit series as well as the artists’ original material.

And here's who will be appearing on stage at the SSE Arena on Tuesday, June 20.

Clare Bowen

Australian actress and singer Clare Bowen plays Scarlett O'Connor in the hit series.

She had previously had role in 'Home and Away' 'All Saints' 'The Cut' and 'Chandon' before landing her role in Nashville in 2012.

She has performed on all of the Nashville soundtracks to date.

Chris Carmack

US singer and actor Chris Carmack was best known for his role in hit teen drama The OC before landing his role as Will Lexington in Nashville.

After appearing as a recurring character, Chris became a regular member of the Nashville cast from 2013.

As well as his talents as an actor and singer, Chris also plays the guitar and saxophone.

Charles Esten

US singer actor and comedian Charles Esten has portrayed the troubled Deacon Claybourne on Nashville since its premiere in 2012.

He has appeared in a number of television programmes during his long career, including Married... with Children, Star Trek: The Next Generation, ER, The Mentalist, and The Office.

Charles has also performed a number of songs on the official Nashville soundtracks.

Jonathan Jackson

US actor and singer Jonathan Jackson plays the headstrong Avery Barkley.

Alongside his Nashville role, Jonathan is the frontman for the band Enation with his brother Richard.

Together they’ve released several albums and garnered a Top 10 single 'Feel This' on the iTunes Rock Charts.

Sam Palladio

Sam Palladio.

British actor and singer Sam Palladio became a global star after being cast as the lovable Gunnar Scott in Nashville.

He has previously appeared in the West End, as well as TV roles in 'Episodes' alongside starring Matt LeBlanc, 'Doctors' and 'The Hour'.

He has also appeared alongide Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck in the film 'Runner, Runner'.


The Nashville in Concert tour will see the cast perform all over the UK and Ireland.

The series last staged a sold-out tour in 2016.

President of Opry Entertainment Steve Buchanan said: “Our first international tour proved how tremendously popular Nashville and its cast are beyond the US.

“We look forward to more sell-out shows this summer featuring cast members who are not only amazing actors, performers, and songwriters, but who have also become incredible ambassadors for our home state of Tennessee.”
