No charge for Bieber over 'threat'
Justin Bieber will not face criminal charges for allegedly threatening a neighbour who complained about his driving.
Los Angeles County prosecutors decided that there was insufficient evidence to charge the pop star, according to City News Service.
A neighbour in Justin's gated Calabasas neighbourhood told a sheriff's deputy that the 19-year-old threatened him and spat in his direction when he confronted him about his driving last March.
Prosecutor Alan Yochelson wrote in a document that Bieber's response seemed "immature" but not necessarily criminal.
The prosecutor also said there was not enough evidence to charge Justin over a neighbour's complaint that he drove his Ferrari recklessly through the area in May.
Mr Yochelson said it was unclear who was at the wheel.
