Pink Floyd star Roger Waters announces Dublin concert

Pink Floyd star Roger Waters will perform in Dublin next year, it has been announced.

The English rocker will take to the stage at the 3Arena on June 26 2018.

Tickets for the show go on sale from Thursday, October 12 at 9am.

The gig announcement comes after it was revealed earlier this week the legendary star will be performing at London's Hyde Park next summer.

The 74-year-old has also announced a full UK tour of his Us + Them show.

The tour will feature highlights from Waters' musical career, including Pink Floyd albums Wish You Were Here, The Wall, Animals and Dark Side Of The Moon.

The tour name comes from the 1974 track Us And Them, from the The Dark Side Of The Moon album.

Waters released his new critically acclaimed album This The Life We Really Want? in June.

The upcoming dates will be the first time the singer has toured Europe since The Wall Live in 2010-2013.
