Swift shows ex revenge in new video
Taylor Swift's music video for her new song Blank Space shows her exacting revenge on a cheating boyfriend by burning his clothes and smashing up his car.
I Knew You Were Trouble singer Taylor has spoken in the past about writing music based on her relationship experiences, leaving viewers wondering who the video for the latest track from album 1989 is about.
She can be seen cutting up and setting fire to the ex's clothes, smashing up his car with a golf club and wielding a sharp knife after finding out he was cheating, while singing the lyrics: "I love the players, and baby you love the game."
Her ex Harry Styles recently said in a Google Hangout that he was pleased to be the subject of her heartbreak music.
The One Direction star explained: "We write from personal experience, and I think everyone does, so it would be hypocritical of us to be like, 'Oh you can't write about us.' And they're really good. They're good songs. So I'm really lucky in that sense."
Meanwhile, Shake It Off singer Taylor has been supporting her brother by missing the MTV EMAs to go to his college play, according to Mail Online.
Austin, 22, was starring in a production of 6 Characters In Search Of An Author at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, where he is a student, and supportive big sister Taylor missed the awards ceremony, where she was a nominee, to go to the closing night with her mum.
