Tempah, Avicii join iTunes bill

Tinie Tempah and Avicii are among the acts who have joined the bill for the iTunes festival.

Rapper Tinie said he was thrilled to be taking part in the event, which runs from September 1 to 30 at the Roundhouse in London, and promised it would be "crazy".

The Simply Unstoppable star will be taking to the stage in London on September 26, while Swedish DJ Avicii will perform on September 13.

A host of other acts have also joined the line-up including Bastille, The Lumineers, Chic featuring Nile Rodgers and Janelle Monae.

London band Bastille, who only formed in 2010, performed at the festival for the first time in 2012.

They said: "Last year we were massively distracted by seeing ourselves on giant TV screens for the first time! Hopefully, this year the crowd will also know some of our songs."

Acts previously announced for the month long series of gigs include Sir Elton John, Jessie J, Justin Timberlake, Rizzle Kicks, Queens Of The Stone Age, Arctic Monkeys and Kings Of Leon.
