Their fifth record was written in the summer of 2016 at a rented house in Dingle, Co Kerry.

“It’s a beautiful, isolated place where we’ve been going our whole lives,” said frontman Danny O'Reilly.

The band then returned to London and Notting Hill’s Eastcote Studios to record with producer Eliot James who has worked with the Kaiser Chiefs and Co Down's Two Door Cinema Club.

Ahead of their Belfast gig, The Coronas will perform dates in across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Canada, the United States, and Australia.
