The X Factor finalists have all recorded separate songs for the first time in case they win the show.
The show's supremo Simon Cowell said it was a sensible move after the usual tactic of the finalists all recording versions of the same song.
He told a press conference in central London: "Each artist has got their own record which is completely geared to them and not singing one song."
Show bosses remain tight-lipped on the chosen songs but rumours are rife Matt Cardle has prepared an unlikely sounding cover of a track by Scottish hard rockers Biffy Clyro.
Matt is rumoured to have covered the track - Many Of Horror - which appeared on their Mercury-nominated album Only Revolutions.
