Queen + Adam Lambert to play huge Dublin show this summer

Queen + Adam Lambert are set to perform a string of European dates this summer, including a huge outdoor gig in Dublin.

The iconic rockers and former American Idol star will take to the stage at Marlay Park on Sunday, July 8.

Tickets will go on sale from Friday, March 9 at 9am.

Brian May said: “The almost unanimous reaction to our last round of dates in Europe was this is absolutely the best production we’ve ever mounted.

"There has been a great demand for us to go back. So, while we're still physically able to perform at those high energy levels on this massive scale, we thought... ‘YES!! One more around the block!’

"It’s live, it’s dangerous, and it takes every ounce of fitness we can muster. But it’s still fun!“

Adam Lambert added: “I enjoyed every second of the recent European tour and really felt the love in every city. I can’t wait for us to get back there again in the summer.”

Queen + Adam Lambert last performed in Belfast and Dublin in November during their first round of dates on their new stage tour.

The sold out gigs saw audiences delighted with the band's live performances of We Will Rock You, Bohemian Rhapsody, We Are The Champions, Another One Bites The Dust, and Killer Queen.
